Sunset Luxury Rental – Curated Lifestyle Experiences
At Sunset Luxury Rental, we pride ourselves on delivering seamless, premium lifestyle experiences. By confirming a booking with us, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Our Services
We offer curated luxury lifestyle services including:
- Short-term and long-term apartment rentals
- Chauffeur-driven luxury vehicle rentals
- Yacht and boat charters
- Lifestyle and experience packages
- Vintage vehicles for photoshoots and special occasions
- All services may be curated based on client preferences prior to booking confirmation.
2. Bookings & Advance Notice
- All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- Reservations can be completed via our website, email, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.
- Requests for vintage vehicles or special arrangements are subject to availability and require advance notice.
3. Payments
- Full payment is required before any service is rendered.
- Domestic bookings (Nigeria) are payable in Naira (₦) via bank transfer or Paystack.
- International bookings (Dubai & Lebanon) are payable in USD ($). A designated USD account will be displayed at checkout.
- Services will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable, including cases of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.
5. Lifestyle Packages
- Each package includes the services outlined at the time of booking.
- Packages cannot be modified after payment has been completed.
- Requests outside the scope of the selected package attract additional charges.
- Clients are encouraged to curate or upgrade their experience before payment confirmation.
6. Chauffeur-Driven Vehicle Policy
- All domestic vehicle rentals are chauffeur-driven only.
- Day service: Concludes at 8:00 PM
- Night service: Concludes at 5:00 AM
- Should additional hours be required:
- Payment must be made in advance
- Services will only continue upon payment confirmation
- This policy ensures service quality, operational clarity, and driver welfare.
7. Self-Drive Policy
- Self-drive is not available for domestic rentals.
- Self-drive options are available for international rentals in Dubai and Lebanon at an additional cost, subject to approval and documentation.
8. Custom Requests & Communication
- Additional preferences or bespoke requests should be communicated via WhatsApp or email prior to service delivery.
- All requests are subject to feasibility and availability.
9. Right of Service
Sunset Luxury Rental reserves the right to decline or discontinue service where policies are breached or conduct compromises service standards.
